When will my order ship?

Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days and custom orders ship 5-10 business days after approval. Please leave additional time for shipping on International orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge 6.75% sales tax on all orders shipping to Ohio.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes! Our shop is located on Squarespace and all transactions are completely secure. We do not store your credit card information on file.

What is your return and refund policy?

Unopened and unused orders may be returned within 5 business days for a refund of the order cost, shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened or final sale items cannot be returned. All custom orders are non-refundable after final approval.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

WEDDING STATIONERY ORDERS

How long does the process usually take?

Wedding stationery orders ship within 10-15 days of approval. We recommend starting the process about 2 months before your mailing date so we can work with you on your design and gathering all the information needed to complete your set.

Do you do completely custom wedding invitations?

Of course! We love to work with couples from start to finish on creating a design that is completely custom to their style and wedding day.

How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote directly on our website, or just contact us at hello@sparkvites.com. We will work with you to come up with a customized quote to fit your wedding stationery needs.

What should I expect?

REQUEST A QUOTE: Contact us, or fill out our quote form to get the process started.

DEPOSIT: We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to get started. We will send you a link for your deposit along with a form to gather your wording and information.

DESIGN PROCESS: After we have received your deposit and wording, we will prepare your digital proof. This process can take between 2 to 5 business days.

REVIEW YOUR PROOF: Please check all wording, spelling, addresses, dates, and make sure all of the colors are to your liking. Not all colors will be exact from screen to print due to differences in monitor color. Four proofs are included with your order. Each additional proof will incur a $30 proof fee added to your final total.

FINAL APPROVAL: After you have reviewed your initial proof, please gather all changes and updates in a note to us in a reply email. After everyone is happy with the design and there are no longer any changes please review the final proof one last time. Simply sign and date the Approval Agreement and send it back to us. After you’ve signed the Approval Agreement, you are responsible for the information on the final product and your order can no longer be cancelled.

PAYMENT: An invoice will be issued and is due in full before shipping. We accept payments by credit card through our website.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING: Orders typically take 10-15 business days to print and finalize prior to shipping. All domestic orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. You will receive a notification with tracking number upon shipment.
